Ipswich midfielder Jaime Peters has joined League One side Yeovil on loan until the end of the season after the club successfully negotiated a work permit for the Canadian.
Peters joined Ipswich in summer 2005 after turning down various offers from other clubs including Chelsea and Manchester United, but has made just six substitute appearances this season.
The 20-year-old's deal with the Glovers includes him being available for any potential play-off matches.
"I am absolutely delighted to secure the services of Jaime Peters especially after the amount of time we have spent concluding the deal," Yeovil boss Russell Slade told the club's website.
"I am sure that the fans will take to Jaime as he is an extremely exciting player with amazing pace."
The midfielder made his debut for Canada at the age of 17 in 2004. He has also represented his country at the Fifa World Youth Championship in 2005 and was both a member and ambassador for the Canadian U20 squad in the Fifa U20 World Cup last year.
