Starlet informed his future lies away from Portman Road

Ipswich midfielder Sammy Moore has been told he will not be offered fresh terms at Portman Road in the summer. The 20-year-old has failed to force his way into manager Jim Magilton's plans and now faces the prospect of finding a new club in the close-season when his contract expires. Magilton believes at this stage of his career Moore, who spent three months on loan at Brentford earlier in the season, needs to be playing first-team football. "Sammy's a smashing lad but he needs to be playing first-team football week in, week out," Magilton told the club's official website. "He's not getting that opportunity here so we will help him as much as we can to find a new club."
