Lee Hills and Sean Scannell have signed professional contracts with Crystal Palace.

17-year-old duo pen two-and-a-half-year deals

Lee Hills and Sean Scannell have both signed professional contracts with Crystal Palace. The duo have been rewarded with deals keeping them at Selhurst Park until summer 2010 after impressing manager Neil Warnock. Lee has spoken of his delight at putting pen-to-paper, while voicing his determination to build on the six appearances he has made so far this season.

Stability

"I'm very excited about it all. It gives me stability for the two-and-a-half years I've signed," the left-back told the club's official website. "Hopefully I can cement my first team place, get a lot more confidence and experience as I carry on learning the game." Scannell, meanwhile, has made seven Championship appearances this season, and netted the last-minute winner in December's 2-1 victory over Sheffield Wednesday.
