Blackpool have finalised the signing of Stephen McPhee from Hull City for an undisclosed fee.
Hull accepted an offer from their Championship rivals last week, with Phil Brown happy to let McPhee go, if he retained Fraizer Campbell.
The Manchester United striker agreed to extend his loan at the KC Stadium, prompting Brown to sanction McPhee's move.
The former Port Vale forward has signed a two-and-a-half year contract at Bloomfield Road, with the option of a further 12 months.
He could make his debut for Blackpool against Charlton Athletic on Saturday, while a return to Hull is on the cards in early February.
During his time at the KC Stadium, McPhee scored just three goals in 40 appearances for the Tigers.
