Sedan striker Mansour Boutabout could be about to join Championship side Sheffield Wednesday. The Algerian international is currently plying his trade in the French Ligue 2 but is believed to have recently had a trial at Hillsborough and impressed enough for Brian Laws to want to bring him in full-time. His contract is due to expire in the summer and as such Sedan will be keen to push a deal through now with the possibility of a transfer fee being involved. Owls boss Laws is looking to add to his squad in the transfer window, with a forward among his priorities.
