Swedish club AIK have signed former Plymouth Argyle winger Bojan Djordjic on a free transfer.
The 25-year-old left the Championship outfit in October by mutual consent after failing to hold down a regular place in the side.
Djordjic joined Manchester United from Brommapojkarna eight years ago but, despite high expectations, failed to break through into the first team, spending time on loan at several clubs before joining Rangers and then Plymouth.
But, although he has yet to show his potential, AIK director Ola Anderson feels he can recover that early promise.
"We believe that we, together with Bojan, can develop his game back to the level of the top midfielders in Sweden," he told the club's official website.
