Bert van Marwijk's side made it four wins from four at the Parkstad Limburg Stadion to move back to the top of the Eredivisie table.
Feyenoord trailed at the break after Cheikh Tiote put Roda ahead (40) but Roy Makaay's penalty shortly after half-time restored parity.
