Shrewsbury have handed professional contracts to three youth-team players at the Greenhous Meadow.
Goalkeeper Harry Lewis, 16, is the grandson of Shrews legend Ken Mulhearn and has signed a three-year deal with the Shropshire club
Centre-back Dom Smith, 18, is a Wales Under-19 international while goalkeeper Callum Burton, 17, represents England at Under-18 level. Both have put pen to paper on two-year agreements.
Caretaker manager Mike Jackson said: "This shows that Shrewsbury Town Football Club are committed to investing in youth and developing players.
"It shows that the chairman and the board are continuing to progress the club for the long-term. With the investment that the club is putting into the Academy it is essential that we continue to develop our own players.
"There is nothing better for fans than to see homegrown players out there on the pitch who have come through our Academy."
