Nathan Ellington feels West Brom have missed a trick following his £3.25million switch to Watford.
Ellington has hit out at his lack of opportunities under Tony Mowbray, stating he did not know if he was coming or going.
The striker does not regret his move to The Baggies, but in feels it could be perceived as a bad move to due his lack of football.
"I felt I just wanted the chance to play, and a lot more often. The manager didn't," he told Sky Sports News.
"I've got nothing against him, but he's lost a good player. I was on the bench every game.
"You play well in training and do well when you come on and then you don't start you start thinking 'What's going to happen?'
"My time there was a good experience for me as a football player and a good experience in my life.
"However, I went there to play and I didn't get as many games as I should have, so you could see it as a bit of a negative."
