Joseph Desire Job is training with Premiership new boys Watford, skysports.com can reveal.

The Cameroon international is available on a free transfer after his contract with Middlesbrough expired.

Job spent the whole of last season on loan at top Asian club Al Ittihad, but he is now looking to return to The Premiership.

"Joseph is training with Watford," his agent Barry Silkman told skysports.com.

"They are assessing his fitness and having a look at him.

"He is looking to stay in England and is keen to secure a deal."

The 28-year-old spent some six years on Teesside and became something of a cult figure - especially after he played a huge part in their Carling Cup success in 2004 as he scored the opener and won the penalty for the second.
