Midfielder to sign four-year deal at Upton Park
Skysports.com understands Matt Taylor has agreed his move to West Ham from Bolton.
As revealed by skysports.com earlier this week, West Ham were closing in on the signing of Taylor after agreeing an undisclosed fee with Bolton for his services.
Taylor has now agreed personal terms and passed his medical to allow him to seal his switch to Upton Park.
The former Portsmouth man is believed to have agreed a four-year deal to become Sam Allardyce's latest signing of the summer.
Bolton were willing to let Taylor move on as he was enterting the final year of his contract at the Reebok Stadium and his sale will bolster Owen Coyle's coffers for his own transfer plans.
