Edison Cavani's agent says the reported Premier League target is happy to stay at Palermo.
West Ham United are among the clubs to have been linked with a bid for the Uruguayan striker over the summer.
Cavani has spent the past 18 months with Palermo and is on a long-term contract with the Serie A club.
The 21-year-old's representative Pierpaolo Triulzi admits the forward is content to continue with Palermo, rather than look for another club.
"Cavani is a Palermo player," said Triulzi. "There are no negotiations in place.
"He has four years left on his contract and he is happy to stay at Palermo."
