Gabri has received a substantial offer from a London-based Premiership club after announcing that he will be leaving Barcelona this summer, according to his agent.
Josep Maria Orobitg claims that he has been busy fielding offers from clubs across Europe for a player who has been in the Barca first team for seven years.
The Catalan utility player was targeted by West Ham United in the January transfer window, but speculation in the Spanish media suggests that it is not The Hammers that have come in again.
Espanyol have also registered their interest and a move across the city from Camp Nou may prove to be interesting to Gabri.
"We have received offers from Espanyol and others from English clubs," Gabri's agent Orobitg explained. "The best offer has been from a London team."
Speaking on Cadena Cope radio station, Orobitg was asked whether the Premiership club that has been in touch was one of either Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur or West Ham.
"The only thing I can tell you is that the offer that we received from West Ham in January was unacceptable to the player," added Orobitg.
