Luke Chadwick says he will make his loan deal with Stoke City permanent, should he agree personal terms.

The former Manchester United, Reading and Burnley man has impressed The Potters since arriving from West Ham United back in August.

The Championship club are keen to keep the 25-year-old on a permanent basis, having agreed a fee with The Hammers ahead of the January transfer window.

Chadwick revealed he would be happy to stay at The Britannia Stadium, should he and his agent concur on a deal with Johan Boskamp's side.

"As I understand it, the two clubs have agreed a fee and my agent has been in for talks, so hopefully something will be sorted very quickly," Chadwick told the club's official website.

"If the deal is right, then I will be staying at Stoke City."
