Reo-Coker is now ready to open talks over a new deal.
His agent Tony Finnigan confirmed that a meeting with West Ham will be taking place over Reo-Coker.
Finnigan also confirmed that he will be talking over Chris Powell's prospective new deal.
"We are having discussions on Tuesday with West Ham about Chris Powell," Finnigan told skysports.com.
"Following the talks about Chris, we will also chat about Nigel with a view to a new deal.
"Both players are really looking forward to next season and we are looking forward to meeting West Ham."
