Leyton Orient are facing a fight to hang on to midfield ace Romain Vincelot, with a host of Championship clubs looking to land him.

The 28-year-old Frenchman was snapped up by Orient from Brighton & Hove Albion last summer, when he penned a three-year deal at the Matchroom Stadium.

Vincelot played a starring role in Orient's charge to the play-offs, which saw them lose to Rotherham United in the final.

Now Vincelot could be on his way to the Championship, with a number of teams keen to snap him up.

Leeds United, Charlton Athletic, Blackpool and newly promoted Brentford are all understood to be preparing offers.
