Powell out to avoid O's slip-up

Charlton Athletic manager Chris Powell is out to avoid a double dose of derby misery this weekend.

The League One leaders host London rivals Leyton Orient still smarting from a surprise 1-0 defeat at Brisbane Road on New Year's Eve. Charlton have lost just five games all season so Orient are now the only side who could complete a double over them this term. But Powell said: "Without a doubt we don't want that to happen. We want to remain in the position we are in on the back of a positive result. "It's a London derby, they'll bring a good few fans down through the Blackwall Tunnel, and it's a game we are all looking forward to. "We don't need any motivation for a derby, it's a good game for us. We want a good victory at home."
