Kavanagh lauds Zoko winner

Carlisle assistant boss Graham Kavanagh wished more people had seen Francois Zoko clinch a 3-2 home win against Yeovil.

Jonathan Obika cancelled out Carlisle striker Lee Miller's first-half penalty shortly after the break and Dominic Blizzard equalised for a second time after Paddy Madden had struck a second for the Cumbrians, but Zoko bundled home the winner in the third minute of time added on. Kavanagh said: "When Zoko hit the post late on and they hit the bar I started to settle for a point. "It's great to get the win - I just wish more people had been here to see it." Madden made himself a hero on his full home debut in front of a disappointing crowd of 4,265. Kavanagh added: "I'm delighted for Paddy that he got his goal. It's a monkey off his back." Zoko and Yeovil's Andrew Williams both hit the woodwork in a frantic finish before the former squeezed the ball home from eight yards deep in time added on.
