Chris Powell shared the praise around his Charlton side after they made it three wins from three games with a 4-0 victory at Hartlepool.
Bradley Wright-Phillips scored twice in the first half of Saturday's League One clash at Victoria Park to give his side the advantage and the Addicks never looked back as further goals were added by Danny Hollands and substitute Scott Wagstaff.
"Bradley will get the headlines, but the plaudits should go to all 16 players on duty," said Powell. "Bradley is a very, very good goalscorer.
"We got goals from midfield, from Danny Hollands and Scott Wagstaff, but we passed the ball very well and showed we can defend. We defended set-plays well and counter-attacked well when we had the chance.
"It's pleasing to score ourselves from a set-piece like we did in the second-half."
The Addicks remain three points clear at the top of the table after second-placed Huddersfield won 1-0 at Yeovil.
