Striker Yann Kermorgant is hoping to shoot down Stevenage on Saturday and keep Charlton's promotion bid on track.
Kermorgant has scored two goals in five appearances since arriving at The Valley as a free agent last month, but drew a blank as the leaders were held 1-1 at home to Tranmere last weekend.
"We need to win the games against teams who are in the middle of the table," said the Frenchman. "But we will come back and look for another win next time.
"This is a big club and we have a very big squad where everybody wants to be involved and wants to help win promotion.
"This club should, at the minimum, be in the Championship."
