Irish midfielder Alan McCormack is set to join League Two side Swindon Town after leaving Charlton Athletic.
The 27-year-old midfielder was released by the Addicks on Thursday and is now training with Paolo Di Canio's side in a bid to secure a contract.
McCormack moved to The Valley last summer on a two-year deal having spent the previous four seasons with Southend.
He made 23 appearances for Charlton last season, scoring one goal.
