Crystal Palace have ruled out a move for Charlton striker Andy Gray claiming he is too expensive.
The Eagles say they will not move for the experienced forward because they cannot meet his wage demands.
Palace boss Neil Warnock had initially expressed an interest in obtaining Gray's signature having worked with him whilst in charge of Sheffield United.
A move, however, looks unlikely according to Warnock, who says the cash-strapped club would not be able to match his current wages.
"I don't think we could afford him," Warnock told the South London Press.
"His wages would be a problem for us."
