Gillingham have brought in Charlton Athletic youngster Josh Wright on loan until the end of the season.
Wright has already spent one spell on loan in League Two this term after making six appearances for Brentford.
He has also featured three times for Championship strugglers Charlton, but will now finish the campaign at Gillingham.
The midfielder impressed against the Gills' reserves recently and could make his debut against Brentford on Saturday.
