Burnley have turned down a bid from Charlton for their top scorer Andy Gray.
The Addicks have been tracking Gray for a number of weeks and they have now firmed up their interest with a bid of more than £1million.
But Burnley have wasted little time in rejecting the offer - insisting they want the Scottish international to remain at Turf Moor.
Gray, 30, who has also attracted interest from Cardiff and Ipswich, has 18 months left on his current contract.
Meanwhile, Burnley boss Owen Coyle has confirmed he will not be signing any of the club's current trialists - one of which is Sparta Prague's Martin Abraham.
