Midfielder Stephen McGinn has joined Dundee on loan from Sheffield United until the end of the season.
McGinn, joining up with his brother Paul who is a defender at Dens Park, came through the ranks at St Mirren where he played over 70 times before moving to England to play for Watford in the Championship.
During his three years with Watford he played over 40 times for the English Championship side before moving
to Sheffield United in the summer of 2013.
The 26-year-old has played regularly for the Blades where he clocked up 30 appearances for Nigel Clough's side.
Dundee boss Paul Hartley said: "I'm very happy to have Stephen at the club.
"He will give us something different and he’s a player I’ve been impressed with every time I have seen him play."
