Rochdale boss Keith Hill believes Matt Done has "all the ability in the world" but must produce the goods regularly.
Done's short-term contract runs out in January but he illustrated his talent to Hill by scoring the equaliser in a fine all-round display in Saturday's 1-1 draw with Oldham. Hill said: "Against Oldham he performed to the standard he is capable of. He is a very privileged player - he has all the ability in the world. "He plays golf off three and could easily get down to scratch, so he has that natural ability to play any sport quite comfortably. "What we are asking him to do is turn up with the passion, commitment and endeavour to match that ability. If he does, he is a very good player."
