Striker hopeful of shaking off hamstring problem

Sheffield United striker Jamie Ward has admitted he is 'touch and go' to be fit for Monday's Championship play-off final with Burnley. Ward is struggling to make the Wembley showpiece with a hamstring problem, but he will be given until the last minute to prove his fitness. The Northern Ireland international is keen to make the game, which he describes as the biggest of his career. "It's going to be touch and go," Ward told Sky Sports News. "We will find out on Monday morning when we do a fitness test but hopefully I will come through it. "It is the biggest game of my career so far and obviously I would love to be involved in it. "I can't work too hard because hamstrings are always prone to going again so I will let time heal it."
