Leigh Bromby has quashed speculation that he is looking for a move by insisting that he wants to remain at Bramall Lane.
The defender, who moved to the Blades from city rivals Sheffield Wednesday in 2004, has made only nine appearances for the club this season and the start he was handed in the New Year's Day clash with Wolves was his first since the Carling Cup defeat to Arsenal in October.
Despite not featuring as often as he would like in Bryan Robson's plans, Bromby insists that he is happy at the club and has no desire to move on in the near future.
Not playing
"I have never wanted to leave Bramall Lane and I still have a year on my contract, but if you aren't playing games it makes things a bit more difficult.
"I'm not a player who likes to sit around. I want to be playing week in, week out.
"Hopefully I can take my chance and get a few games under my belt."
