Sheffield United have completed the capture of Leeds United's experienced keeper Ian Bennett.
Blades boss Neil Warnock was keen to bring in cover for Paddy Kenny and has now secured the 34-year-old's services for an undisclosed fee.
The former Birmingham City keeper is Warnock's second raid on Elland Road this week following the £2.2 million capture of Rob Hulse.
Bennett acknowledges it will be hard to displace Kenny between the sticks, but is looking forward to the challenge.
"At Leeds I gave my all but knew it would be hard to dislodge someone of Neil's calibre," explained Bennett.
"It will be the same here. You want to play but only one person can."
Meanwhile, Leeds' young defender Ben Parker is set for a six-month loan spell with West Yorkshire neighbours Bradford City.
The youngster has featured heavily in the club's pre-season campaign, but will now be farmed out by Kevin Blackwell in a bid to accrue valuable first-team experience.
