Rotherham boss Alan Knill believes Quinn has all the qualities to add drive to his side and is confident the 19-year-old will prove capable of filling in for Michael Keane.
''He is full of enthusiasm and never stops running,'' Knill told the club's official website.
''His attitude is infectious and it rubs off on other players around him.
