Joleon Lescott's late goal rescued a point for Wolves in a thrilling 3-3 draw with Sheffield United.

It was the visitors who opened the scoring after seven minutes when Seyi Olofinjana netted for Wolves.

Leigh Bromby had The Blades level before the interval when he sent an unstoppable volley past the helpless Michael Oakes.

The visitors regained their advantage after 50 minutes when a left sided cross found Carl Cort free at the back post to side foot home.

Once again the home side replied with Paul Thirlwell's goal bringing United level and Paul Shaw's wonderfully taken goal giving Neil Warnock's men a lead.

However, the visitors were not done and there was still time for Lescott to collect Cort's flick on before lashing the ball past Paddy Kenny.
