Wigan goalkeeper Connor Keane has agreed a new deal at the club, Sky Sports understands.
Keane is highly-rated at the DW Stadium having joined the club from Bury last year.
The 18-year-old has impressed for Wigan's academy and also featured in the FA Youth Cup.
The Latics have now moved to reward Keane's progress by giving him a new one-year deal.
The atheletic custodian is tipped for big things in the future with the Wigan coaching staff grooming him as the club's future number one.
