Wigan have offered new deals to highly-rated young duo Tim Chow and Joey Johnson, Sky Sports understands.
Midfielder Chow is the Wigan under 21 captain and is highly-regarded within the corridors of power at the DW Stadium.
Chow, who was born in Wigan, is being pursued by the Taiwan national team to pledge his international allegiance to the club.
Striker Johnson signed his first professional deal with Wigan last summer and the club are keen to reward him for his progress with a new contract.
The 18-year-old has been a regular in the Development Squad this season and along with Chow is expected to push for a place in the Wigan first-team in the near future.
