Alex Kacaniklic has signed a new two-year deal with Fulham but he will spend the rest of the current season on loan with FC Copenhagen.
The Sweden international winger is now committed to the Craven Cottage club until June 2016.
He made 21 appearances in the Premier League last season but has only featured once so far in 2014-15, playing 30 minutes off the bench in the 5-1 defeat by Derby.
The move gives Kacaniklic the chance of European football with Copenhagen drawn against Club Brugge, Torino and HJK Helsinki in Group B of the Europa League.
