Fulham defender fears he may not secure move

Fredrik Stoor has admitted that his lack of playing time with Fulham could make it difficult to secure a move elsewhere. Stoor has barely featured for the Cottagers since joining in the summer of 2008 and he has not travelled to Hamburg for Wednesday's Europa League final against Atletico Madrid. The Swedish right-back, who was loaned to Derby earlier this season, is desperate to move on and play more regularly with another club. But he fears that Fulham will ask for too much money and that interested parties would be reluctant to meet such demands. Asked if he would be prepared to take a pay cut at a new club, Stoor told Fotbollskanalen: "Of course I could go down in pay. I am open to that. "But I also want to find a good club where I fit in. Then we will see what I can find and how much Fulham are asking for. "If they ask for too much money other clubs will back away. If you have played as little football as I have lately, there is no club that is willing to pay the amount that Fulham are asking for."

Early

Stoor does not believe that Fulham have decided on a precise valuation as they are waiting to see what offers are made. "They don't set a price," he explained. "They know as well as anyone else that if it is a good club with good finances that comes along they can get some money," "But if it is a smaller club with less finances then there is another price." Stoor accepts there is a chance he will still be at Fulham next season, in which case he would like to go out on loan again. "If they don't release me go and no other club is willing to pay what they are asking, then I will be forced to come back here," he stated. "Then I will push for a loan, but we will see what happens. It is a little early yet."
