Fulham keen on Norwegian defender

Fulham are reported to have sent scouts to watch Tromso ace Tore Reginiussen in action. The Norwegian defender underwent a trial Blackburn late last year, but failed to secure a permanent switch to England. However, his hopes of making a move to the Premier League may come to fruition should the Cottagers follow up their interest. Roy Hodgson's side are believed to have had representatives at Tromso's friendly clash against Shakhtar Donetsk on Thursday, with the intention of seeing Reiniussen in action. Fulham are said to have enquired about the 22-year-old before Christmas and can now make a formal approach with the transfer window reopened. However, despite the rumoured interest, Reginiussen insists he is happy in Norway and has indicated that he would be prepared to wait until the summer before making a decision on his future. "I am set to stay here for a while," he told Netavisen. "There is no problem with me motivating myself for another six months at Tromso."
