The importance of Fulham's game with Blackburn on Saturday has not escaped defender Liam Rosenior, with The Cottagers currently just three points clear of the relegation zone.
The arrival of Lawrie Sanchez in place of the sacked Chris Coleman failed to galvanise Fulham as they lost 1-0 to Reading in the Northern Ireland manager's first game in charge at the weekend.
With four games to go until the end of the season, the threat of relegation is a very real one for a team who have now failed to win in their past nine outings.
Sanchez can lift some of the pressure if he can mastermind a home win over Rovers on Saturday, and defender Rosenior believes a victory could end talk of relegation at Craven Cottage.
"One win and the clouds would clear. We've got to be positive," Rosenior told The Sun.
"If we can win and the other results go our way, then perhaps we can stop talking about relegation.
"It would be great to get three points on Saturday."
