Fulham manager Chris Coleman has confirmed that Wayne Bridge is likely to return for their game against Liverpool in midweek.
Bridge injured his ankle during England's friendly with Uruguay at Anfield but is likely to make his return on the same pitch on Wednesday.
However, Antti Niemi and Papa Bouba Diop will both miss out with Achilles and foot injuries respectively.
"Bridge has got a good chance for tomorrow which is great news but we will still be without Niemi and Bouba who won't be back in time," Coleman told Sky Sports News.
"Wayne really wanted to play on Saturday but trained once and wasn't quite confident with it so we decided not to play him which was the best thing to do.
"He trained today and yesterday with the guys and looked much sharper and more confident with the injury.
"Hopefully he will now be okay for tomorrow night."
