Czech goalkeeper Jaroslav Drobny has confirmed he is joining Fulham this summer.Skysports.com revealed on Wednesday that a deal had been done and now the 25-year-old has confirmed he has already sealed his move to West London.
"I am very satisfied to play in Fulham's shirt and in a championship like The Premiership," Drobny told a Greek sports channel.
"Right now, my thoughts are all for Panionios and our target is to make the Uefa Cup for next season.
"As long as I am here I will try my best to help Panionios. I will think of Fulham in the summer."
Drobny knows that Edwin van der Sar - who is set to sign a new contract - will be ahead of him in the pecking order, but the Czech star is happy with what Chris Coleman has told him.
"It is very important that Fulham has a world class goalkeeper like Edwin," said Drobny.
"But Chris Coleman said to me that he doesn't go for names of the players but those players who are in better form."
Drobny also revealed that he shunned a move to Dynamo Kiev to secure a move to England.
"Dynamo Kiev is a team that takes its place every year in the Champions League, but The Premiership is one of the better championships in the world and all players dream to play there," he said.
"In England there are better grounds and the fans create ideal atmospheres for football.
"I will have the possibility to play against the best players in the world and I am to prove that I am good enough to make it."
