Fulham winger Luis Boa Morte hopes concentrating on his Fulham form will help him into Portugal's Euro 2004 squad.

The pacy wide man is hoping to help Chris Coleman's side into a European place with three games of the season left to play.

With the Euro 2004 finals so close it would be easy to be distracted, but Boa Morte is keeping his mind focused on domestic matters.

The former Arsenal and Southampton man says that he will try his best for Fulham, and hopes that will be enough to get him into Luiz Felipe Scolari's squad for the summer.

"Fulham are my club so I have to give everything for them as there are three games to go," said Boa Morte.

"With Euro 2004 coming along I just have to hope for the best, try to keep my form and try to avoid injuries.

"It's for other people to judge if I am playing well or not, I'm just enjoying myself and working hard for Fulham.

"I have always said that my first target is to work hard for Fulham, play well for them, and hopefully playing for the international team will come along."

Coleman has done well to keep Fulham up with the European chasers all season, after being many people's tip for relegation and Boa Morte paid tribute to his manager.

"Being in seventh place with three games left to go is certainly not bad for a team who everyone tipped to get relegated at the beginning of the season," added Boa Morte.
