Middlesbrough boss Tony Mowbray admits he is facing a tough decision over star defender Jonathan Woodgate ahead of the League Cup quarter-final trip to Swansea.
The Teessiders head for their big date at Liberty Stadium on Wednesday evening with the former England international having returned from a four-match absence with a calf problem in Saturday's 3-2 victory at Peterborough.
However, with Wolves heading for the Riverside Stadium in the Championship at the weekend, Mowbray is having to consider how best to use the resources at his disposal.
He told the club's official website: "It's hard because Woody doesn't do anything, then trains for a few days and has to come back and play to the level we know he can.
"He makes blocks and interceptions and does things the untrained eye might not see.
"I will have to make a big call for the Capital One Cup tie at Swansea on Wednesday because Wolves is a massive game for us."
