Sky Sports understands Huddersfield Town have agreed a deal to sign Leeds midfielder Adam Clayton.
Clayton has been on the transfer list at Elland Road after failing to agree a new deal with Leeds.
The 23-year-old has just a year left on his currrent deal and Leeds reluctantly decided to listen to offers for the former Manchester City youngster.
A number of clubs have been chasing Clayton, but it seems he is set to be reunited with former Leeds boss Simon Grayson at newly-promoted Huddersfield.
Clayton is believed to have agreed a three-year deal at the Galpharm Stadium and is expected to seal his move across Yorkshire in the next 24 hours.
His signing is a major boost for Grayson as he looks to bolster his side ahead of life back in the Championship next season.
