Elokobi has dropped down the pecking order at Wolves this season with the Cameroon stopper making just ten appearances this term.
The 25-year-old is thought to be considering his future at Wolves as he wants to be playing regular first-team football.
The news has alerted a number of clubs to Elokobi's possible availability in this month's transfer window.
Middlesbrough, Crystal Palace and Nottingham Forest are all thought to be keeping tabs on Elokobi's situation at Molineux as they weigh up moves for the full-back.
All three clubs are believed to be in the market for defensive reinforcements and Elokobi's versatility and experience makes him an attractive proposition.
