Crystal Palace manager Neil Warnock expects Ben Watson to leave the club on the last day of the transfer window.
A host of clubs are tracking the 23-year-old midfielder, who is out of contract at the end of the season.
Skysports.com broke the news of Middlesbrough's initial interest in Watson, and Warnock admits the player could very well leave Selhurst Park.
He also admitted another club aside from Boro had expressed an interest.
"There is another Premier League club that have asked about him and they are all looking at their options with two weeks to go," he said.
"I think everything will probably happen on the last day."
Warnock also insisted that Palace had not rejected any fresh bids for the player.
"There has been no offer," said Warnock.
"I spoke to (Boro) quite a while ago but we've not had an offer from anybody."
