Norwich City have confirmed their interest in Middlesbrough's Andrew Davies.
The 22-year-old is currently on the fringes of the Boro first team and manager Gareth Southgate is seemingly ready to let him leave on loan.
Hull City have already expressed their interest in the player - who has previously enjoyed loan spells at Queens Park Rangers and Derby County.
Now Norwich have joined the hunt for Davies and have admitted they would like to sign him.
"Yes, he's a player we admire," said Norwich boss Peter Grant.
"We have made an enquiry about him. But that's as far as it's gone.
"We'll wait to see what happens on that one."
