Middlesbrough have received a huge boost with the news that Mido and Tuncay Sanli do not have serious injuries - although Julio Arca has ligament damage.
All three were forced off during the 2-2 Tees-Wear derby clash with Sunderland at the weekend, amid fears they could be set for spells on the sidelines.
The strikers were Boro's main concern with Jeremie Aliadiere already out for six weeks, but the club have now revealed that the concerns over Tuncay's tibia and Mido's hamstring have proved unfounded.
The two - who started together up front against Sunderland - are now in-line to play against Everton on Sunday.
Arca, though, has been ruled out until December after scans confirmed a medial ligament problem.
]"Both Mido and Tuncay have gone for scans and there's no significant damage and both have a chance of playing on Sunday," said Boro boss Gareth Southgate
"However, the injury to Julio looks more serious. It's the medial ligaments in his knee and it looks like it will be at least two months."
