Aston Villa's Brad Guzan got off to the worst possible start in the clash at Manchester City as he miscued his kick to gift the ball to Sergio Aguero.
The Argentine rolled the ball into the net for 1-0, and despite Villa coming back to level at 2-2, Fernandinho's late goal handed City all three points in the Premier League encounter at the Etihad Stadium.
And, speaking on Saturday Night Football, Jamie Redknapp believes Aston Villa should never have allowed Guzan to be in a position to make such a mistake.
