Manchester City will celebrate their Barclays Premier League title triumph with a victory parade on Monday evening.
City wrapped up a second title in three years thanks to a 2-0 win over West Ham on Sunday and they will show off their silverware on a one-mile open-top bus tour through the city.
The parade, which will also mark the club's Capital One Cup success, begins at 6pm with the introduction of the squad.
The bus will then set off from Albert Square at 6.30pm and pass through Peter Street and Deansgate before finishing in Exchange Square.
Manchester City Council said supporters would be allowed into Albert Square from 4pm on a first-come, first-served basis.
Greater Manchester Police have also urged City fans to enjoy their club's success in a responsible manner.
Chief Superintendent John O'Hare said: "It is great to see the trophy remain in Manchester and we want to ensure people can celebrate this success in a safe and enjoyable manner.
'I would encourage people to arrive in the city centre in good time, drink responsibly and respect the fact that there will be a large number of families present."
