Guidetti confirms Feyenoord stay

Manchester City youngster John Guidetti has confirmed he will continue his loan spell at Feyenoord until the end of the season.

The Swedish striker has been in Rotterdam since August, scoring 11 goals in 12 appearances, including a hat-trick to condemn FC Twente to a 3-2 defeat last time out.

His agent said last week the 19-year-old will stay at De Kuip until the summer despite speculation linking him with a loan to an English club.

Guidetti has now confirmed that claim on his Twitter account, saying: "I will stay with the fantastic Feyenoord this season. I hope to see you soon back at De Kuip."
