Manchester City and Feyenoord have reached an agreement which will see John Guidetti stay in the Netherlands until the end of the season, according to his agent.
The 19-year-old has scored 11 goals since moving to De Kuip on loan at the end of the summer transfer window and he is enjoying life in the Eredivisie.
Guidetti's representative now claims a deal has been agreed which will see the Sweden Under 21 international stay until May 2012.
"They had a meeting before Christmas and it was positive," agent Per Jonsson told Fotbollskanalen.se.
"The loan is valid until the summer and he will stay. Then, you don't know if a third club will pop up and want to buy him.
"He is truly happy at Feyenoord."
